The following rules shall apply to foreign students seeking admission in this college in addition to the rules governing to other students:-
- An eligibility certificate from the Punjab University indicating the particular class to which they can be admitted.
- A certificate of proficiency in English language as per the University rules.
- A certificate of registration from the local police. Original letters of scholarships in case of those who are Government of India scholars.
- Residential permit 5, Birth certificate showing date of birth and father's name Passport/Visa, Original migration certificate, Other testimonials, if any
