Eligibility :-
- Students are advised to make sure from the Panjab University of their eligibility to the class to which they seek admission. They are also required to furnish the eligibility certificate in original along with their application form. The college shall not own any responsibility in case the university does not approve their admission.
- Students from other Universities/Boards seeking admission to the college will be admitted on production of original certificate of examination passed, original inter- university migration certificate and detailed marks certificate at the time of interview.
- Their admission will be provisional subject to confirmation by the Panjab University. They are, therefore, required to furnish the original certificates within ten days of their admission.

Migration:-
- Students from other colleges affiliated to the Panjab University may be allowed to migrate with prior permission of the concerned principals and the university. A certificate from the previous college giving details of dues paid and lectures delivered and attended must be produced at the time of admission.
- No migration will be permitted to a student with combination of subjects not provided in this college.
- Candidate seeking admission to this college after migration from universities other than Panjab University shall clear deficient subjects as determined by the College/University.
Migration Fee: R s .2 20 / - (including R s .3 0 / -as cost of the application form). No S tudent who has joined one College shall be admitted to another dur ing the same course unless :
T he pr incipals of the colleges concerned agree and the migration Cer tificate is is sued by the Univers ity;. T he Pr incipal of the college from which he/she intends to migrate has given the leaving cer tificate; He/she is regis tered with Panjab Univer s ity. I f the candidate is provis ionally promoted, or a detained s tudent or one who has been degraded or against whom any disciplinary action has been taken, etc. etc., the pr incipal shall specially mention this in his remarks. When the Univer s ity has sanctioned migration of a s tudent from one college to another college, he/she must join the new college within 15 days. If a s tudent does not avail himself/her self of the migration, within fifteen days, he/she shall apply a fresh to revalidate his /her previous migration, on payment of fresh fee of R s .220/ -(including R s .30/ - as the cost of the application form). Migration of a s tudent from a profes s ional college to an Ar ts or S cience College and vice-ver sa is not permis s ible. Candidates who pass B.A./B.Sc. Part I /I I /, M.A. I, B.Com. Part
I /I I, Pre-Engineer ing, Pre-Medical and Pre-Univer s ity examinations are not required to seek migration from one college to another if they do not wish to continue s tudies in the previous college from which they pas sed B.A.I /II or M.A.I , B.Com. Part I /I I, Pre-Engineer ing, Pre-Medical and Pre-
Univer s ity Examinations, but they will be required to produce a college leaving cer tificate from the college which they last attended, for admis s ion to the new college. In all cor respondence with the Univer s ity till the receipt of Migration cer tificate, Name, Father 's Name, Regis tration No.,
and the Univer s ity fee Receipt Number and date must be quoted. Attach attes ted photocopy of the cer tificate of the last examination pas sed/failed.
